Private mediation is an opportunity to resolve conflict outside of court. It is an alternative method of dispute resolution that can save individuals and businesses a lot of time, energy, and money.  

By voluntarily engaging in mediation,  parties maintain control over the outcomes of their cases, participate in the process of finding solutions, and stand a better chance at saving relationships and maintaining confidentiality. 

Trained at the Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation, we can provide opportunities to move through various types of disagreement, conflict or crisis, at any stage of the dispute - before or during litigation. An independent, neutral, impartial mediator who listens to understand the parties' needs and positions can be the difference between a peaceful resolution and a protracted court battle.
